UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery to most areas of the UK is FREE on orders over £500 and costs £9.95 for orders under £500.

Delivery lead time varies by item, with UK next day delivery available on many brands. Where next day delivery is not available, delivery lead time is typically 3 - 5 working days in the UK. Specific timescale information is available on each product page. 

For most items, a signature will be required on delivery. Sample delivery will never require a signature.

Delivery of samples to all locations in the UK is £1.50 per sample.

Made to measure items

Made to measure items will take longer due to the allowance of making time. The current lead time on made to measure items is stated on the home page of our website

We will contact you when your item has been completed to arrange delivery.

Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas

Delivery to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas, will take 2 days longer.

 

HOW WILL ITEMS BE DELIVERED?

We use delivery company DPD for most items. For smaller items and samples we use the postal service.

Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries if you have ordered items from multiple brands or with different lead times.

If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the delivery company will leave a card explaining how to arrange delivery for another day, or to another address. If the delivery company doesn’t hear back from you they will normally try to deliver twice again, before returning your order to us. If your order is returned to us the normal delivery rate will apply for re-delivery.



RETURNS

You have 28 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

We always recommend ordering samples of fabrics and wallpapers before placing an order. You can see the specific returns conditions for all products on individual product pages. 

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been cut for you, all made to measure products including poles and tracks, and wallpapers that have been printed to order. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.

Please inspect your items when you receive them. For fabrics and wallpapers, please check you are happy prior to cutting or hanging. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Where we are able to accept a product for return, Please return the goods to our premises for inspection: Great British Interiors, 42, Bridge Street, Morpeth, NE61 1NL and if the goods are found to be faulty we will offer you a refund and also refund you a postage cost up to £9.95 (the standard next day postage fee charged by our courier DPD)

To request a return please email us info@greatbritishinteriors.com quoting your order number and details of the items you would like to return.

 

WHAT TO DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES FAULTY?

If your item is faulty please contact us. We will normally need to request images and possibly request that the faulty item is returned for inspection, and once inspected we will advise you on the options.
